- Travel out of Davis County, Ogden Area, will be added at $1.00 per mile each way.
- Food is prepared to the count provided by the host, that is also how the charges are calculated. The food prepared is the property of the host up to the agreed party count. We commonly have a few extra meal so we can eat after the work is done, we love it too.
- Running water must be available. The host is responsible for guset services, waste cans, restrooms and hand washing for guests.
- Private parties less than 50, 15% surcharge will be added
- Only Private Parties will be catered, it is Host’s responsibility as the host to issue invitations, tickets or maintain a attendance list to verify that the event is maintained as a private party.
- Prices do not include Sales tax or Tourism tax it will be added at the rate that the County has determined it. Some Counties have different tax percentages that will apply according to the serving location.
- 50% Down payment is due on booking of contract, is non refundable after booking. The balance is due prior to serving time. Gratuities are not expected but greatly appreciated.
- Additional servings over the count provided by the host will be subject to a 10% surcharge over the price of the meal, paid prior to servings being served, if there is food available. Please be accurate with the Party Count.
- Any food weights mentioned are prior to cooking and preparation it is common for the food to shrink durring the cooking process.
- Prices are subject to change if the actual food costs increase from the time of the publication of the price sheet.
- Acts of God do not bind Garrett’s Good Stuff, LLC to provide the service, it will be rescheduled to meet the hosts needs. Weather may cause delays and are out of our control, we will in good faith do what we can to meet your time lines.
