Garrett's Good Stuff, LLC has been orgnized as such sence 2006.

We had so many freings keep telling us that we should go into buisness so they could schedule us to cater their parties and companie events.  I thought long and hard, i even did some private events and found that it was rewarding and even paid for itself.

I keept having people come up and say, "Can I have some more of that good stuff?" it sounded good to here those words, so I went with it and named my company "Garrett's Good Stuff".  I still love it when people say those same words.

Our first Party was for a Great Friend, Gary and Kay Parkin, they had us serve Italian Chicken and Rice. this is a Great dish that we did camping and it is a great one dish meal.  That was a very stressful day but it turned out fantastic.  We tried to do it from the pickup bead and it was tons (and I mean tons, due to the weight of the ovens) of work because we had to hual all of the gear, unload it and reload it and take it home and unload it again to clean everything.  Wow, that almost did us in after a few events.  I contacted a friend who had a large trailer to do this type of work, we bought it and it made life great.  it has a onboard sink and storage space for about everything you need for a great party.

We cooked for Lifetime Products, one day in 2009 and served 1,600 meals, that was challanging.  We had 65 ovens on coals at one time. 

We have sevral customers that have us cook every year and even more if they can, that makes it all worth while when people have you come back because it was so fantastic.

Another thing came along Nucanoe.  I was looking for a boat to use in the smaller lakes.
